Statement

In meiner Serie „Orte der Geschichte“ geht es mir um die Überlagerung
von zwei Zeitebenen.
Beim Anblick der heutigen Situationen ahnt man kaum noch,
was an diesen Plätzen früher einmal stattgefunden hat.

 

In my series "Places of History" I am concerned with the overlap
of two layers of time.
Looking at the situation of the sites today, one can hardly sense
what happened at these places in the past.

 

Dans ma serie "Lieux d'Histoire" il s'agit de la superposition
de deux plaines de temps.
Si on regarde la situation des endroits aujourd'hui,
on peut a peine s'apercevoire de ce qui existait auparavent.
